I’ve tested a few Mpow products over the years, and it seems they aren’t aware of the issue since their comfort level has not increased by any significant margin over the years. This sub-par design extends to all other Mpow products of the same category. However, their earbud design is not comfortable for extended use, and they don’t stay in. The Mpow Jaws Wireless Neckband Headphones are a decent pair of headphones that work well, sound OK, and have good battery life. I think it’s due to the design of the headphones since the earbuds can’t get as good of a seal within my ear. It’s easy to pause, play, control audio, make commands to Siri, and it’s very easy to turn them on and off. Not only that, but they don’t stay comfortable due to the angle which can create sore spots on your ear. But after extended use, you’ll find that they never stay in quite enough, and they will be prone to falling out. This design works for a bit regarding functionality. The actual earbuds themselves have a similar design utilized in almost all of the other Mpow products with a slight tilt of the main speaker, and then the earbud goes in at a slight angle. However, one cool thing is that they made the magnets very strong inside the part where the buds go back in the headset to rest, but unless you’re using the clips, it’ll look ridiculous. Without the brackets securing the cords in place, the cords splay outwards and look quite ridiculous with how long they are. I found that with the little brackets on, the earbuds would fall out if I tilted my head forward. The cords of the earbuds are held in by two little metal brackets that can come off. They are very lite, and for the most part, the neckband if comfortable. However, the back is thinner, and the sides are a bit thicker than some other models I have tested. Verdict / For the price, you get a highly functional wireless neckband headset, but not a comfortable one. Bad / The Mpow Jaws Wireless Neckband Headphones aren’t very comfortable for long term use, and their design of the earbuds makes it tricky for them to stay in your ears. They are also very light and the magnetic clips on the side of the headset hold the earbuds in snugly.
